Pastor Appreciation

Dear Coosa Valley,
Sunday, March 20, 2022; will mark Pastors Andy and Kerri along with their lovely daughter Kati, seventh anniversary serving as the Pastors of Coosa Valley Church of God. We have chosen this time to celebrate Pastor Appreciation. This is a special time to honor our Pastors, and their daughter, for their commitment and faithfulness.
We usually take time on Sunday morning service to present Pastors; with cards and letters that include our messages of appreciation and love along with a love offering. Due to the fact that many of our church family have not yet begun to, or are not able to worship “in house”, and are worshiping together on live stream, we ask our CV family to please get a card or write a note letting Pastors and their daughter know how much you love them. If you would like you can enclose a love offering. If attending that morning service, there will be a special basket located inside the sanctuary marked Love Gifts. If not attending please mail the card.

Please make checks payable to Andy Lambert or Coosa Valley Church of God. Or, you may give on-line and mark it Pastor’s Love Offering and leave a short memo of appreciation. We hope you will be able to do this so they will receive your thoughts of appreciation by Sunday, March 20, 2022 or before. Pastors and their daughter will be blessed by reading your thoughts and prayers for them.
Here are the activities planned for Pastor Appreciation Week, March 16 – 22, 2022.
- Wednesday, March 16th – CV Teens will be in charge of the service and following the service we will have fellowship.
- Thursday, March 17th – Special gift for Pastors and Kati.
- Friday, March 18th – Bowling with the CV Teens and Young Adults.
- Saturday, March 19th
- Pastor Andy and men will meet at Bro. Emory Davis’ house at 9 a.m. for a time of fellowship and shooting range challenges. Bro. Emory’s address is as follows: 408 Easonville Rd.; Cropwell, AL. 35054.
- Pastor Kerri and ladies will meet at Isabella’s Mexican at 11 a.m. for lunch and then will go over to the ministry building of the church for a Phase 10 challenge. Isabella’s address is as follows: 245 Old Hwy 231; Cropwell, AL 35054
- Sunday, March 20th – Pastor Appreciation Day. Please come join us for this great service. We pray that God moves in a great way and many are blessed as we worship in song, listen to the word preached and honor Pastors and their daughter.
- Monday, March 21st – Young at Heart will meet Pastors and Kati at City Market at 11 a.m. for a time of fellowship.
- Tuesday, March 22nd – What better way to end Pastors week with a date night for the two of them.
