She is preceded in death by her sisters, Janice and Joyce.
She is survived by her mother, Sarah Thomas; her children, Kevin Bates (Jaclyn), Kristina Lance (Brandon), and Stephanie Nichols (David); her grandchildren, Dyllan Bates (Mary), Devin Busby, Trent Busby (Emma), Madison Lance, Kaylee Lance, Nathan Bates, Brayden Bates, Jaci Bates, and Kaylyn Nichols; her great-grandchildren, Maddie Ashcraft, Everleigh Busby, and Easton Ryan Bates.
