PRAYER REQUEST ~ Friday, August 25, 2023 at 3:00pm
3:00pm ~ Dad’s test are complete. The results from upper and lower GI is not as big of an issue as first believed. There are medicines and treatment for this. However, his breathing is a big concern as of now. They have him on high oxygen and breathing treatments. We will have more information over the next several hours. (I will be staying at the hospital this evening.)
9:00am ~ My dad will be in the hospital until Friday at least. They have found infections in his “gut” and are giving strong antibiotics to work on that. He will have an upper and lower GI on Friday, as of now, and we will see what happens next. His oxygen keeps dropping, so they are looking at that as well. We shall see what’s next.
5:00pm ~ my dad’s BP had gotten extremely low, however, they have gotten it stable as of now. He will be admitted for even more tests, cat scans and more lab work. He feels a lot better now than when he got to ER. We should know more later this evening and in the morning.
1:45pm Pastor Andy ~ My dad is being taken to the ER now. Don’t know much information, other than doctor said straight to ER. Will post updates as I am able.
