In the Last Days

This morning as we watch this first video, please join with us in prayer for the nations of Ukraine and Russia. We have 100 churches with 4,500 members in Ukraine and 75+ churches with 4,000 members in Russia.

I am not trying to be anything but a realist when we look at the events unfolding right before our eyes. Since June of 2020 we have been doing a study, except for only a few Sunday Evenings, every Sunday Evening on the book of Revelation. As I have stated on Sunday Evenings, I did this same study about 20 years ago and NEVER did I dream I would be saying things that are happening RIGHT BEFORE OUR EYES.

As we take a moment to pray right now for those churches in Ukraine, Russia, Poland and surrounding areas, I will NOT be praying that God stop what is taking place, I WILL be praying that God’s will be done and God’s hand is on His people. —PRAY—

2 Timothy 3:1–5 (ESV):

¹ But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty.

² For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy,

³ heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good,

⁴ treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,

⁵ having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people.

Luke 21:25–26 (ESV)

²⁵ “And there will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity because of the roaring of the sea and the waves,

²⁶ people fainting with fear and with foreboding of what is coming on the world. For the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

But as we are a part of God’s Church, we have hope, because of the things happening in those verses we just read, we also know that these verses are also true:
