Church Spiritual Growth
I read a statistic on church work, that I have read 100s of times, but this time hit me differently. “20% of the people do 80% of the work.” And this is not a small church or large church issue … It is an ALL church issue.
I wonder if that is why many church hop, so they don’t get plugged into an area of ministry? I wonder what goes through the minds of people in the church when they say “we need _____ ministry in OUR church”?
Church world … It is time to change this statistic to say that 80% of the people do 80%-100% of the work. We want growth in the church … It is time to lace up our work boots and help the church to GROW. Not looking at numbers, but spiritual growth!!!
We are in the last day, when a great falling away from the faith is fore-told in the Bible, I’m gonna do all I can to make sure I’m NOT falling away!!! God I need spiritual growth!!!
