Funeral Arrangements for Bob Maddox
Dear CV FAMILY –
We are saddened to inform you of the death of Bob Maddox.
Mr. Bob Maddox, 75, of Pell City, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Suzanne Castleberry Maddox, and by his parents, Stanley and Emily Maddox.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Maddox; son, Bobby DeOwen Maddox (Amanda); son-in-law, Randy Castleberry (Cristy); grandchildren, Shelby Collier (Ryan), Clay Castleberry, Callie Bowling (Trystin), and Owen Castleberry (Maddie); great-grandchildren, Amelia Collier, Hudson Collier, Levi Castleberry, and Jax Bowling; three honorary grandchildren; nine honorary great-grandchildren; sister, Emily Sue Barber; and brother, Jackie D. Maddox (Tina); and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City (21271 Hwy. 231, N.; Pell City, AL 35125), followed by an 11:00 a.m. funeral service officiated by Bro. Kenneth Maddox and Bro. Andy Lambert. Interment will be at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Jeremy Maddox, Ryan Collier, Randy Castleberry, Mike Mitchell, Owen Castleberry, and Trystin Bowling. Steve Blackmon will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
