THE COURT OF THE CONGREGATION
- Place of Access to God (Exodus 27:1-19; Deuteronomy 12:10-14; John 4:19-24)
- Place of Forgiveness (Leviticus 9:1-9, 23-24; Hebrews 10:1, 5-10)
- Place of Cleansing (Exodus 30:17-21; Titus 3:3-7)
Central Truth: Through Christ, all people have access to God for spiritual cleansing.
Focus: Consider the relationship of the outer court of the Tabernacle to godly worship, and determine to make the worship of God central to our living.
Evangelism Emphasis: Sinners need the spiritual cleansing that comes through salvation in Christ.
Golden Text: “Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost” (Titus 3:5).
