The Danger of Pride

Truth: Humility is an essential virtue of Christian character.
Focus: Acknowledge pride leads to destruction and humble ourselves before God.
Emphasis: Sinners who humble themselves before God and come to Christ for salvation will be saved.

Golden Text: Proverbs 16:18 (ESV) ~ Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.
