Central Truth:  In the midst of trials, Christians can worship and serve the Lord.

Focus:  Examine Job’s loss of family, possessions, and health and determine to worship God in every circumstance.

Evangelism Emphasis:  Trying times offer an effective window to share the Gospel with unbelievers.

Golden Text:  “And [Job] said, Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord” (Job 1:21)
